Jun 10, 09 at 1:07 pmi was talking to the sen. office and the lady there couldn’t tell me exactly how the bill works, she just said she would forward my info to social services, I tried to call her back , but I couldn’t reach her, I was wondering is the bill just for people within a two year range from now, or if people like in my case the child is already five? Your response is thanks tim
