Make the Real Dad’s in Missouri PAY
Paternity Fraud is rampant in Missouri. Forcing families to pay for children that are completely unrelated to them whatsoever. Denying their own children the benefits of their income because they have been defrauded by the current laws in Missouri.
Did you know that even with a DNA test showing that there is no way a man is the father of a child he can and will be made to pay for that child? That there are instances where seperated couples, in different cities, where the woman pledges to the Court that her estranged is NOT the father, that someone else is, and names him makes no difference? This is the sad state of affairs in Missouri.
And it’s time to put a stop to it once and for all.
In each of the past two years bills have been introduced in both the Missouri House and Missouri Senate that would end this perversion of our court system and put truth back in charge. And those bills never made it out of committee for a vote. The Governor has not had the opportunity to sign a bill that upholds truth as the basis of court decisions. And many men and families in Missouri sit stripped of the money they’ve worked hard for to use for their own children and instead watch it go to another’s child. And the real dad pays nothing.
It’s time for action. It’s time to raise your voice and tell your legislators that this must stop now. It’s time for you to click on the links of this site where you can send a personal email to your State Legislators and let them know what they need to do.
